I only ever have issues with the quality of mcdonalds food, especially the shakes I ordered, the cream on top is almost always runny and sometimes has other flavors mixed into the bottom. I don't understand the change since it's only ever been this bad since a couple months ago, whether it's a new hire or what- I don't know."
"the important thing to understand is that McDonald's uses different patties for different sandwiches such as a double cheeseburger patty is different than the quarter pounder patties. they're thinner and drier just lower quality. so when I order a premium sandwich at premium prices and I get the wrong patties on my sandwich its sorta a stick in my spokes you know it's annoying to have to pay for something I didn't order or want."

"Horrible experience yet again. The order took forever. Once it arrived everything was cold. The pizza I ordered wasn't even delivered. The $17 steak, there was hardly any steak in the box, it was also cold. I ordered extra fries like I always do, and there were a miniscule amount of what we normally receive. The Side of Fries were also cold. The cheesecake was crammed into a too small box and the strawberry sauce was missing. The French Onion soup was so cold that the cheese was hard. This was supposed to be our dinner and we couldn't even eat it. I contacted DoorDash customer service and received the worst customer service I've ever had in my life from a rep named Sarah. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again. And I will NEVER use DoorDash again. After tip I paid $83 for this order and was given a $15 refund. Not even enough to cover the missing pizza.
