"The beef and bread took me back to roadside country farms i grew up with in Virginia. (If any souther relatives read that, I may lose some standing among my peers but, I tell you the lettuce must have come from a local garden. The bread was soft, more ivory thank whit, it held the sandwich without iverpowering it with texture or grit. I prefer Mozz as my cheese and it stood its ground with the beef.
