Order arrived, after checking if everything is there, I take a few sips of the Horchata 😋and ADD Coca Cola to it. Now it turns to a cream brown foam creamsicle sweet drink that’s totally delicious, I call it “Sucio Horchata “ The Breakfast Burrito was big but very bland flavor. All the ingredients and it just didn’t have flavor😩🤮. Added verde salsa and it didn’t help. The best part of this order was the Horchata and the Coca Cola."

Not only did he take a picture of the order AT the restaurant, he took 5 or 6 minutes off of the delivery time. So better than punctual, and completely efficient. The clam chowder was creamy and flavorful, you could tell that it was made with real cream and not thickened up with a bunch of starch. My Dungeness Crab Louie was fresh and delicious. They must make the 1000 Island in-house, I've never had better. My husband had the Halibut Tacos which he thoroughly enjoyed. It doesn't come with sides but the three tacos are huge and packed with halibut. I also appreciate the fun selection of mocktails! It's nice to have something fancy to drink with dinner even if you don't enjoy alcohol. All in all we spent under $100 for dinner including tip and delivery. They gave me other bagel options but none that I liked so they offered 1 chocolate donut but when I said that wasnt a comparable price they hung up on me. "This was a pickup order that was a total waste of time and money. The store was slammed, disorganized, and my order was handled very unprofessionally.
I waited at the empty DoorDash counter for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, then was told they had “unplugged” DoorDash and needed to see my phone, making me go back to my car and wait again. After all that, my food came out late, room temperature, and clearly not freshly made. The bagel dog was embarrassingly skimpy, the bagels were not toasted, there was barely any honey butter, and everything tasted off compared with how this place used to be.
This was my second bad experience in a row with the same order, after previously being told through a locked door that they were sold out and to “take it up with DoorDash” even though I’d already been charged. Between both visits I’m out around $80, the iced coffee was basically just ice with a little coffee, and every corner that could be cut was. After coming here since childhood, it hurts to say it, but I will not be returning"
