The gauva and cheese was separately and thoughtfully wrapped from savory empanadas, with powdered sugar sprinkled on. Lots of guava and cream cheese, so it had good balance. DELICIOUS. The Latte was smooth, strong enough for my taste (not watery, like another unmentioned chain that's initials are D.D. lol), sweet enough enough to quell my craving (cinnamon sugar was wonderful and didn't have to be stirred together with coffee). I ordered two tofu bowls and two matcha bobas. The tofu bowls arrived lukewarm and even cold in some spots, even though I don’t live very far from the restaurant. They also had maybe five small bite-sized pieces of tofu each. For $17 per bowl, the portion and quality just weren’t worth the price. I ended up microwaving the food and eating it because I wasn’t about to waste the money.
The matcha boba was even more disappointing. It tasted like green-colored water with absolutely no matcha flavor at all, and the boba pearls were fused together into one big clump.
Overall, I spent around $60 on this meal for my girlfriend and me, and I honestly feel completely ripped off."
