"This was a mixed emotional food affair that I hadn't expected but I'm happy I did. I am not very sophisticated, so seeing a separation of food items to recreate their dishes was initially overwhelming, but also allowed a creative challenge. Initially, the smell of the sole was very unappetizing, as were the separate pieces (like a bunch of random musicians not sitting in their chairs ready to play - it was unappealing). The food allowed allowed me to be brave and toss the separate notes together creating quite a delightful meal.
