This time, I went with a classic Eggs Benedict, biscuits in sausage gravy, and treated myself to a slice of coconut cream pie. The Eggs Benedict (Served till 3pm)was spot on, with perfectly poached eggs, creamy hollandaise, and a nice balance of flavors on a toasted English muffin.
