The picanha cut is a favorite of Gustavo Tosta (Gugu Foods YouTube channel), though in his case he's talking about the top sirloin cut of beef, TdB offers this, also. I've been to this restaurant in the past, both the fall of 2000 and 2005. At that time they had a much more extensive side selection. As I recall, a lot of customers just ordered the all you could eat sides, with no accompanying meats. At least on their Doordash menu the side selection is very sparse, especially if you're ketoing. Both the lamb cuts were excellent and the sautéed 🍄s and 🥒 salad were pretty good. I added a quarter of a Granny Smith 🍏, marinated in 🍋 juice and it rounded out the meal pretty nicely."

"Oh my god this place is so good- I am floored! Honestly only decided to order from here because it was late and pretty much everything else was closed besides fast food. "I've only tried the White Widow (chicken bacon ranch) but it is AMAZING. I always add avocado too and where most restaurants charge something ridiculous for a few slices of avocado - cheba only charges a dollar. The sandwich is loaded with ingredients and they dont skimp you on anything. I can only eat 1/2 of an 8" so basically I get two meals out of it... Possibly my new favorite sub place! Definitely recommend! "
"The sandwich was delicious and huge (Blunt sized)! The side salad I got with two dressings, my basic ranch and I wanted to try the house dressing! It was good, but not a thick dressing like which I prefer, but still good. Make sure to shake it up!!
