Even the cheese was great (not that bagged shredded stringy cheese that is rolled in corn starch and tastes like starch but reminds me of the cheese we would order up in Wisconsin from the country store deli that was cut in blocks from a big wheel… cheddar bliss) and the guacamole was so delicious house made and fresh - so worth the three hours of extra workout tomorrow.
