"Hard shells were not soggy and that is always the best. Good value for four chicken tacos with chips and nacho cheese dip. Did not have any water bottles which was a bummer but i got a water cup. I also ordered sauces but did not get them "
"The Chalupa Supreme came in a dry chalupa shell that had learly been refried or reheated again to warm it up by the grease saturated bottoms toped with a mess of congealed cheese.
The Chicken Quesadilla came in the wrong wrapper, with the Chicken Quesadilla glued to the package to where it could be suspended mid air, not that you ever have to any fear toppings falling off when it comes with a teaspoon of shredded cheese and three pieces of chicken that wouldn't even tempt the underfed stray I offered it to.
The hotsauce was fire."

"Not a fan of La Reina, not because it wasn't good, i think i read the description of it wrong. I will try a different one next time. The Arepa was perfectly crispy and delicious so I know I will be back to order something different. However, the Cachapa...WOW. I haven't had a Cachapa that good in about 15 years, and that was when my Venezulan boyfriend's (at the time) mother made them for me. I nearly teared up lol. So. Good."

"Simply fantastic. Beware though, the servings are huge. When I saw the low prices, knowing about the cut DoorDash takes, I figured it must be small servings so I mix and matched. Big mistake. Each item was easily enough to feed two or three people. Would never think of ordering anywhere else in Orlando, that much good food simply shouldnt be so cheap. Feels like the year 2000 up in here."

"Biscuit and Gravy Platter was a solid hit, biscuit was light and fluffy and the gravy was well seasoned. The grits were a little watery and bland so feel free to load with salt and pepper.
Waffle with Chicken Tenders with Two Large Eggs had very light and fluffy waffles with the right amount of stretch to use like tortillas, the chicken was nothing special, generic store brand, eggs were cooked perfectly.
Items were poorly packaged, ended up lopsided in the bag and starting to spill out of the containers. Also eggs from the Waffle Platter were mixed with the sides for the Biscuit and Gravy Platter ."

"The food tastes really good overall, but I was disappointed with the portion sizes for the shrimp and eggs. I only received 4 very small shrimp and barely any eggs, while there was a large portion of grits. The shrimp and eggs were basically drowning in the grits.
I’ve ordered from this restaurant twice, and the first time, the portions were perfect and they used much larger shrimp. I definitely think the shrimp and egg portions could be improved. Other than that, the food is delicious!"
"First of all there was a whole other piece of fish I already ate and more shrimp that I already ate. This plate of food is so immaculate. It is seasoned so well it came to me piping hot. It is the best fried seafood plate. I think I've had in Orlando. Order this!!!!"

"Food is always great however, the packaging on the sandwich was horrible and the entire middle part of the sand which where the spread is on both the top and bottom parts of the bread were stuck on the wrapper. "I ordered three acai bowls through DoorDash. One was a regular Acai Bowl, and my oldest daughter and I both ordered the Acai Bowl with Nutella. The menu description explicitly states: “Acai base, fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries, banana, coconut, granola, chia seeds, honey drizzle, and Nutella drizzle.” The photo also clearly shows the Nutella drizzled on top.
My daughter’s Acai Bowl with Nutella was prepared exactly as advertised. Mine was not.
When I brought it back inside, I was first told the Nutella was “underneath.” Then the manager told me they “don’t do that anymore” because the Nutella makes the lid slide off. However, my daughter’s bowl from the exact same order had the Nutella drizzled on top exactly as advertised. I was then told the employee “probably forgot.”
If your preparation has changed, that’s your decision. But if you no longer serve the Acai Bowl with Nutella with a Nutella drizzle on top, then update the menu description and photos. Don’t advertise “honey drizzle and Nutella drizzle” in the description and show it in the picture, then act surprised when a customer expects the product to match what they ordered.
What disappointed me most wasn’t the missing Nutella drizzle ...it was how the situation was handled. There was no apology for the confusion or acknowledgment that the advertised product didn’t match what I received. A simple, “You’re right. Let me fix that,” would have resolved the entire situation. Instead, I was repeatedly given explanations that didn’t match what was sitting right in front of us. That’s not the level of customer service I expected.
To make matters worse, when I got home, the açaí base in my bowl was watery with liquid pooling at the bottom instead of being thick like an açaí bowl should be. Between the inaccurate presentation, the dismissive response when I questioned it, and the poor quality of the bowl itself, this was a very disappointing experience."

"Love the bowl With the pickled jalpenos!! A delicious mix of Mexican and Indian.
I got the marsala wings and those were delicious on unfortunate they didn't have all 10 of my wings so they did substitute it with the fried dumpling with chicken and potato and pea fried dough --it wasn't bad but I had my heart set on the wings. But this food is phenomenal. They are in the Kia center and I was there for an event and they were only open one day and we got one of the bowls and was hooked on! So that's when we decided to look for them at their Brick + Mortar location and had the food DoorDashed!"
"absolutely delicious, incredibly quality, and tastes amazing! great portion sizes and the goat is super flavorful! smoked curry is tasty and not too spicy thankfully!"

"The best breakfast sandwiches in town!"
"One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant/food establishment. The customer service was horrible, she was so rude and treated customers poorly. The donuts are not the same either as years ago, they have just gone downhill overall. I won't go back! There are so many donut places in the area so no need to return here."

"In a Dad who lives in Chicago and my adult son lives in Orlando. I sent him a "Thanks for being my kid and I Love You" don't surprise this morning. He reports that the donuts are huge and the "Best donuts in the state of Florida"! I think you have a new customer for life! Writing my message on the box was a lovely touch... THANK YOU! "The southern bowl is delicious! I added some cheese to it at home and absolutely loved it. My eggs were cooked perfectly. The coffee however is kinda gross."
"The fry bowl was very good. The only issue I had with this order was with the "iced" coffee. There was no choice of flavors such as mocha, caramel etc. If choices had existed, I would have chosen caramel. Also, there was no ice in the coffee. So it was just an expensive cup of cold, flavorless coffee. I would order from this restaurant again, but I'll skip the coffee until some improvements are made."

"Croissant Sandwich was good. BYO Bowl was decent. Masala Fries were really stale. Sweet Box - Large is just the empty box. Would try again."
