The "cheesecake" beneath it was weirdly thick and dense, not like cheesecake at all. I would give these zero stars if I could... sorry, Cheesecake Palace. Take my advice and order extra Au Jus to dip your fries in. You won't be disappointed. You could also thicken the Au Jus using flour/starch or whatever you're supposed to use. Don't thicken much as you want the savory OG Au Jus to taste perfect. Then add the shreds of roast beef that fall off and maybe some cheese and dip em in the Jus.
