"The chorizo queso con carne is completely addictive, I tried it at a friends house a few weeks ago and haven't stopped thinking about it. Tonight I knew there wasn't time to cook, so I had a good excuse to order it. You do have to stir it (or shake it in my case), as they add the meat on top of the queso before it goes out for delivery, but is the best queso I've had outside of the southwest.

I have loved this place since the 1st time I pulled up and ate food from there and I love it more and more every time I try new items. The Guac & Chips are no exception and are without a doubt AMAZING....every time...both the chips and guacamole are consistently made fresh and delicious with lots of ingredients and flavors, AND love. It may sound like such a simple common item and something that plenty of restaurants/food trucks carry...but in my humble opinion, these are one of the best you could find around here. The taste & textures and combo of ingredients (and presentation) are just unique...and done a bit differently than other places. The chips are fresh, crunchy, and thick with lots of flavor...and the guacamole is authentic and made right with all of the proper ingredients AND correct meticulous method and tireless efforts put in to produce and serve a legit high-quality (and visually attractive and colorful) authentic Mexican guacamole.
P.S. - I didn't even know that they had this item here until I first made an order via DoorDash; you may not see it advertised on the food truck menu displayed there...but they do indeed carry it and I'm SO glad that I discovered this...as I order them EVERY time I purchase food at this place now - they are THAT good.
P.S.S. - I will say, the price is pretty expensive for what the item is.....(only thing I could complain about)...but trust me - it's worth every penny!!! Do yourself a favor - don't delay, debate, or hem & haul about it...just buy it and try them out; you will not regret it and likely be hooked!!!!!! :-).

"the burrito bowl did not come with Burrito, only bowl. the food tasted wonderful, but had really looked forward to having burrito bowl, not just bowl. I ordered one with Avocado creame on side and no cheese ...and it was drizzled on top. I thought I had ordered with no cheese (but it didn't offer no regular cheese, only no cojita cheese). If you don't want cheese, apparently you need to add note. Food was presented nicely and decent serving sizes. It tasted delicious. Tres Leches cake was larger size and filled the whole hamburger size box, but wasn't worth that price. Churr-eos were chewy and tasted like uncooked dough balls. "Great food & a lot of it! We ordered & split one marinated lamb kabob platter & one saffron chicken kabob platter. Both came with seasoned, fragrant rice which we both loved. Also included a finely chopped salad with a tasty light dressing, grilled tomato & jalapeno plus plenty of naan for dipping in both the chutney & the white sauce. Both meats were very tender & moist. All in all, it was a deliciously tasty meal & we had lots left for the next day. Left it in the delivery carton, sprinkled a bit of water over it, nuked it & it was every bit as good as the first day. Oh, and nothing was spicy hot. Just wonderfully marinated. "
