We got one small 4oz cup of grapes on the side. I ordered the Ras Pistachio Latte 3PD*pberry and apparently they were out and gave me a regular latte with only $1 refund. The pastries are the one good consistent thing we have found."

If you go in store you have to ask over and over for them to put a normal amount of vegetables on it. They're taught to skimp and screw the customer. I used to go to this zao everyday for lunch, and the garbage I was just delivered will be the last time I go there. If you're the same price as other restaurants for half the size, half the flavor, I'll take the hint and go somewhere else."

My husband’s sandwich was basically two hard pieces of bread with what looked like a very thin layer of mashed meat inside—you couldn’t even see the meat unless you opened it up. His side baguette was rock hard.
The soup actually tasted good, but the portion was shockingly small for the price.
I got the half grilled cheese and it tasted like it was made with processed sliced cheese instead of actual grilled cheese quality ingredients.
What disappointed me most was the cookies. I was excited because in the past Panera cookies have always been soft and one of my favorite things there. This time every single cookie in the bag was hard and dry like a cracker.
Overall, the food quality felt really off compared to previous visits, especially for the cost. I left wishing I had asked for a refund."

"Wow! These guys gave me the hugest portions I've ever seen! It's like I was actually at the buffet instead of at home.
