"The Taco Salad had the chips on the bottom of the salad and had way too much seasoning. The chips are supposed to be crisp so you can use them to scoop up the salad. I have been getting this Taco Salad since 2019 when I 1st moved here and since the pandemic the salad has decreased in size, has been sloppy, and each 1 I ordered in the past 3 years always has at least 2 or more problems but never the same problems each time. Prepandemic it filled the to go box completely. Now they range from 1/2 to 3/4 full. The chips used to be some on top and some on the bottom. However, again in the past 3 years there's either a large amount of chips on the bottom meaning 3/4 to all of the chips being soggy. The amount of jalapeño are very few to tons. Tonight the jalapeño was perfect but the seasoning was extreme. The fried mushrooms and Jojoba was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The chicken tenders was a little tough and was a little bit smaller than normally."

"First let me say the delivery man is awesome! So pleasant and friendly! Now the food was substandard. Pizza was bland and dough was like bread. Salad was not much more than a bowl of cut Romaine with a couple grape tomatoes, sprinkle of cheese and a sprinkle of black olives. We've been loyal customers since the 80s and we know how it should taste. Please stop changing your recipes and go back to the good ones. Your changes have not been for the better. If I wanted food like this I'd order from a chain restaurant for half the price! Not good."
