"Excellent pulled pork. The potato salad is tasty. The bakery items and ice cream are always delicious!! If you haven't eaten here yet you're missing out"
"The price for the portion is not there. The cheesy hashbrowns were not cheesy at all and lacked flavor. The ribs are okay. The burnt ends were not great- a bit rubbery? I wouldn't taste the beans after seeing them.
The jal popper pasta salad was absolutely delicious but not worth the surrounding disappointment.
This was not our typical BBQ experience."

"I always get the Lunch Grill Meal but this was the first time ordering it through DoorDash. I first have way more noodles than I asked for and there is hardly any meat and veggies in it as well upon which I asked for. With the amount of sauce you allow a person to get and I use the total limit and it still shows up bland and tasteless, you should think about updating the way others can order their food to be delivered so it's not a big waste of time and money."

"the Vegan Pho is unbelievably flavorful. it came with the broth piping hot, the perfect amount of veggies and rice noodles, and a flgenerous portion of sprouts, jalapeños, and herbs.. so fresh and full of flavors. the Crab Meat Rangoon (5 Pieces) was still warm and crispy. super tasty- my favorite place for the rangoons. i will be ordering again, probably soon!"
"I've ordered a number of times before, but this time it was awful. The spring rolls were raw, flavorless, and cold. The kimchi was more of a soup with a generous TWO pieces of tofu. The egg drop soup was horrible and tasted more like gravy. Will not be ordering again."

"The Honey Walnut Chicken looked very unappealing and unappetizing with white goopy sauce-looks like a bodily substance... disgusting. "Food quality? Mediocre. Ordered two bowl combos, one sesame, one orange. When we went to grab our food, we realized that both bowls were the exact same, and we couldn't tell what the sauce tasted like. Zero sesame seeds, and not a hint of any orange flavoring.
As for the portion sizes, if you're going to charge out the wazoo for your food, at least give people enough food to make sure they're full.
The Bao was probably the best part of the entire meal, and I'm fairly certain they come frozen.

"This place will wow you! The flavor, portions and price were all perfect. The General Tsao's Chicken is not as sweet and syrupy as you get at other places. It's also fried hard. Both of those were pluses for me. Most people can probably tolerate a 3 spice level. I prefer the 4. Every element of the Combination Fried Rice was well prepared. The beef was not that gray chewy stuff you get other places. It was beautifully seared and flavorful. The shrimp were larger than average and not overcooked. They were well seasoned too. Do yourself a favor and try this place."
"Best Chinese food in the metro! Was devastated when Shang Yuen switched ownership but so happy the family recipes live on through Heavenly! The beef is so tender! The chicken so crispy! The rice so fluffy! Deep, well balanced flavors. Everything we've had has been so delicious and we have high standards for Asian food being an Asian household.

"The Rock n Roll sushi is my new favorite roll hands down. The sweetness of the mango combined with the spiciness of the tuna and sauce create an amazing flavor combination that I cannot get enough of! It's absolutely delicious, and fresh too. "I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice for (dinner) meal. crispy edges, yet juicy and tender on the inside of the chicken! The whole meal was still Hot which is a must have when getting it delivered.. I've been a Chinese food lover since I was a little kid. I could tell you from my range of experience with Chinese, this place will not let you down! Oh, and their crab rangoons, are filled to the brim with the cream cheese and imitation crab that just melts all your problems away! -The (imitation crab) is not strong in taste, which I personally like because I'm not a huge sea food fan.."
"The crab ragoon is lacking crab, didn't get a lot of fried rice and there were no vegetables in the fried rice?, the chicken was ok when you got a piece that was more chicken than batter. I feel like not the best value for what you get and then poor taste on top, no thank you."

"I order from here almost weekly and have it delivered to work. The pad Thai with chicken is SERIOUSLY good!! Beware of the spice scale, a 4-5 is pretty good heat. They always pack the containers full, I am totally satisfied with the portion size and it is only $15 after a driver tip. Fair price, excellent food, highly recommend!!"
"Food was very good. But $11 for a 5 piece roll (birthday roll) and $8 for 2 pieces of spring rolls is criminal. If you're going to order from here I would stay away from the apps and the special sushi rolls - you get very little for a lot of money compared to other nearby places. "The appetizer of the day was crab Rangoon. Delicious, and their sauce is the best anywhere. The Pad See Ew was really flavorful. I got the spice level 4, and it was perfect. I like some spice, but not overpowering. Overall delicious meal, and I can't wait to go back!"
"The 2-roll 2 ROLL COMBO is a California Roll and the Shrimp Tempura Maki Roll. Both are fresh and delicious! The Crab Rangoon Roll is delicious again! Love it.
I only wish that there were options to remove the ginger and wasabi from these dishes. No need to waste the spice on me. "

"The Baked 4-Cheese Chicken Alfredo tasted amazing, but was a lot more cheese topping than noodles. It seemed more like the small portion, than the regular.
The HUGE Rice Crispy Treat was also amazing! So soft and sweet. Yum!! Highly recommend!!"

"Snow Crab Salad was small but flavorful. Crabstick Tempura (5 Pcs) they were half sticks. Cucumber Roll menu says crab meat but I didn't see or taste any. sushi was the size of a nickel. prices equal size of food. all was good"
"Steak was overcooked but still very tender and flavorful. Good Crab Rangoon if you like them on the sweeter side like I do. The miso soup didn't taste like miso. Not bad, just different. Iowa Roll was good quality for how little it cost. (D) Steak Bento was plenty of food. So happy there's a Japanese restaurant on the south side. I'll be ordering from here again!"

"We tried several things, including the Rock Shrimp , Steak Teriyaki , Tofu Teriyaki , and the Chicken Katsu. Everything was so flavorful and crispy where it needed to be. It came with the right amount of sauces (on the side so nothing was soggy) for everything. The salads that came with the teriyaki bowls were nice and fresh. The fried rice was tasty as well. Doordash did great too. We were very happy with our meal and will definitely eat here again if we're ever in Des Moines again. "
"had ordered the Steak Teriyaki and the steak was overcooked, the Steamed Shrimp Dumplings were tiny!!! the Crab Rangoon were flaky but hardly no filling!! the Chicken Egg Roll was small but good. the Salmon Teriyaki bowl my daughter got was a tiny carp looking size of a filet. it was not worth what I paid, I won't order there again."

"This was the best food delivery I've had in years. The food arrived promptly, piping hot, the soup was the best I've tasted re flavor, freshness and "fresh from the garden" worthiness. I ordered a med bowl of soup that was filled so generously I didn't want it to end. I savored every bite! Yes, I will order again and again assuming the portion size, freshness, temperature and other factors are consistent. Delish!"
"Consistently good food, also the menu is large and has something for everyone. The pineapple dishes, curry dishes and chinese dishes are a hit with my family. They have THEE best crab rangoon in the city, hands down! "
