The bun was ok it would fall apart easily ad made it difficult to eat properly, and the filling was savory and well-seasoned. For my main course, I had the Sisigsilog , and it did not disappoint. The pork was good and the perfect balance of savory, tangy, and spicy flavors was excellent, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The portions were good especially for the price.
