"My fav late night cheesesteak. Its not authentic. The beef is more like beef strips. Not shaved. Also the cheese isnt pure provolone or covered in whiz but has a nice american cheese type flavor. "I love good ribs. Too bad these were not good. The ribs seemed a little tough still and the finish was just wet and grainy. No crust formed at all. Like the sauce was applied before the rub dried out so they combined into a grainy mess. They were 3 star ribs but the sides were even worse. The potato salad was like something from a food service tub and the mashed potatoes had like no butter and salt. KFC's mashed potatoes are better and that is not a good thing at all."
