The food arrived cold and the Baconator was grossly overcooked without the added condiments ordered; the staff did remove the Mayo as requested, but did not place ketchup and mustard on the burger as ordered. While I ordered a Coke Zero, I received a red drink of some sort...Hawaiian Punch, I think. The Double Stack™ was at least dressed as advertised, but it was cold. The fries had queso as ordered and were warm in a heat preserving container. I ate the Double Stack™, but took two bites of the Baconator® Combo sandwich and threw the rest out. I ate the fries. I should have given a one star, but because the fries were a 3.0 and the Double Stack™ a 2.5, I am giving them a break.
