The dasher Vincent was rude and yelled after being told I would not be able to step away from my patient to meet him outside. He explained he was running behind and didn't know if he could park. I explained that I may need to cancel the order and get refunded because I was not available to meet him outside. I asked him to calm down and he proceeded to yell telling me to cancel if I wanted to then he hung up.
