It gets very soggy by the time the food arrives and the Veggie Burrito doesn't list lettuce as an option that can be removed. I simply wanted beans, cheese, and sour cream. Also, I removed many items from the veggie, but it didn't seem like they added more beans to give it substance . There wasn't much in the burrito other than cheese and some beans, but it still tasted great and the Birria Tacos (3) were amazing. "
