The chicken tenders were crispy with a slight Cajun spice (perfection; there'smore chicken than batter), the Mac-n-Cheese I could eat every day (you can tell it's not made from a box), the green beans will make anyone love vegetables, and the garlic bread, OMG, was warm, soft and garlicky.
For the baked potato, we'll my husband is picky so I asked for all the toppings on the side and they did just that. So he was able to stack the toppings just how he wanted. I ordered the huevos Rancheros Eggs Plate and it does not have an option on door dash to specify the way you would like the eggs cooked but having this dish as many places the eggs are always over easy or sunny side up. "I hadnât eaten at Taqueria Flores in years, but after reading the reviews, I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, I should have trusted my gut and saved my $40.
I ordered the tostadas, the crunchy taco special, and queso. I only wanted bean tostadas, but the order required me to select a protein, so I chose chicken. I even picked the food up myself, thinking that would ensure the tostadas and tacos were fresh and crunchy. I live only about four minutes away, but by the time I got home, everything was already soggy.
The tostadas had very little flavor and seemed to have more tomatoes and cheese than lettuce. The âcrunchyâ tacos were just as disappointingâthey were soggy rather than crisp and lacked flavor as well.
The queso was another disappointment. It tasted sour and was surprisingly bland, with very little of the rich, cheesy flavor you expect from good queso. Between the soggy food and the sour-tasting queso, there really wasnât anything about the meal that I enjoyed.
Both the tacos and tostadas were part of a buy-one-get-one-free special, but unfortunately, getting twice as much disappointing food didnât make it a better deal.
Next time, Iâll stick with the food truck near Exxon. Their tacos and tostadas are made to order, fresh, crunchy, and packed with flavor. I really wanted to enjoy Taqueria Flores again, but this experience was a disappointment and definitely not worth the $40 I spent."

"I have mixed feelings about writing this review. I don't normally write reviews but I strongly believe the restaurant owners need to see this. I ordered the chicken flautas with beans and rice and all the fixings as shown in the menu pictures what I got was the flautas, pickled cabbage and red sauce. I was dissappointed to say the least no rice, beans, lettuce, tomato and avocado slices. Here's the kicker best damn flautas and sauce I've had in a long time, oh and the pickled cabbage was out of this world! I'm dissappointed but willing to give you guys another chance because what little I received was superb. Please don't dissapoint me again, it really was so good but you left out plenty. Perhaps you were low on inventory or some other reason but I will give you another chance for redemption."

"First time ordering from Mr Tamal and I have to give thanks to this place. The original order was dropped off at wrong location by dasher, and I opted to let them re-deliver and it was nearly closing at 2 pm, but mr Tamal made my order again, & new Dasher dropped off at right place. The food, it was yummy! well packed and arrived hot. we had the Full House Breakfast Plate was so good and Potatoes with Chorizo taco, Reg Gordita was buy one get one free! French Toast was missing syrup but I use my own sugar free syrup so no biggie, but for others it might be. Bacon and Egg tacos were good with great tasting bacon Potatoes and Egg we added bean and cheese for free. They were very good. I will order again from here without hesitation because the food is very good! it is not the restaurant problem when the dasher drops at wrong house.
