"Hi, I wanted to reach out about a recent order I was really disappointed with. I ordered a plate with Honey Sesame Chicken Breast and Orange Chicken, and unfortunately both entrees fell short.
The Orange Chicken was extremely hard and dried out — barely any meat to it, almost like it had been sitting out for a long time or had gone cold. And when it came to the Honey Sesame Chicken, there were only about 2–3 pieces on my entire plate, with the rest filled in with Orange Chicken. The Honey Sesame Chicken was the best part of the meal, so having almost none of it was really frustrating.
I’d love a refund or a replacement order. I’m a regular customer and this experience was definitely not up to the standard I’m used to. Please let me know how you can make this right. Thank you."
