If I am correct, it has carrot, raisins, apples, nuts (I think just walnuts), and maybe coconut. They're unreal. The cookies are huge and perfectly baked. You can tell it's all homemade. Though they don't have your typical New England breakfast fare, you won't miss it. I've gotten lunch a few times, but their Chicken Caesar wrap is good. My absolute favorite is the The Pilgrim Wrap. Thanksgiving in a wrap. I believe even the turkey is roasted in-store. I've never eaten in-store but it looks like a nice quaint little place."
