"The Thai chicken burrito was absolutely on point and delicious! The toppings for the burrito bowl and kinds of proteins available are great ! I couldn believe the amazing large contat of bacon cheese fries with real bacon not bits - awesome ! The onion rings were overcooked but still good and a small side of rice n beans was a perfect amount for my toddler! He dipped the side chips in them yum! "The Steak & Cheese Sub is the size of 2 steak and cheeses. . Its absurd. I'm very critical when it comes to food and caliente has never let me down. The food is always delicious. Whether its carne asada or chips with Queso, tacos or carnitas its always delicious. the meat was tender and so flavorful. The sauce were amazing but beware when they said the red is spicy thats not like taco bell scale, its HOT!
The pork and pinapple was a great blend of sweet and savory but the barbacoa was phenominal definitely the better choice aaa the Birria taco, absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be ordering oftend from now on.
as far as portions go, its perfect. Just enough to leave you full but not in pain. espeically relative to the tortilla size. nice and plump but a good ratio to the shell. And freshness? I can just tell this stuff was fresh, you can taste it, truly.
