"The first time I got a slice of pizza, the chicken parm, and a couple other things. The slice was halfway decent. I ordered a chicken parm sub, but I just got a chicken parm instead, not served as a sub like it was supposed to be, and it seemed like it was made with a frozen chicken patty.
The meatball sub is not really a sub at all. It’s a Walmart six-inch hoagie roll with one meatball cut into four pieces.
The chicken wings come plain with no sauce.
Also, the menu photos and descriptions on DoorDash are created with DoorDash AI, which feels like they didn’t really take the time to build out an accurate menu for what they’re actually serving.
Overall, I was not impressed and I will not be going back."

"I ordered the gnocchi which was a very healthy portion for the money. That was cooked really well and there was a good amount of sauce and cheese on it. However, there was a choice between breadsticks and garlic knots and I ordered the latter to go with it. Only being 8 minutes away from the restaurant they came to my house hot but when I went to go pick up the actual garlic knot it was very hard on the outside and just completely drenched in olive oil. All 3 knots were like this. Thankfully I watch enough of the Food Network to know how to fix the situation which I shouldn't have have to do in the first place. I had to absorb all the olive oil and steam them in foil in my oven so I could have edible garlic knots."
