Got sliced brisket (they have moist & lean, get a mixture of the two, check one or the other and add in the notes section that you want the mix), pinto beans w/bacon & onions, mashed potatoes (they're fresh potatoes, skins on) w/cream gravy, fried okra (still crispy crunchy even after the drive home) and 4 slices of Texas Toast. They also put in what amounts to a small jar of pickles and half an onion (without me having to ask). Sauce was their regular sauce but I think they have a sweet one and a spicy one, too. "The beef fajita meat tasted good, but the meat was a bit tough - hard to bite through, so I ended up cutting it with a knife like a strip steak. There were only like 2 strips (pieces) of bell peppers in the veggies - it was pretty much just a bucket of sautéed onions, but they were tasty. The guacamole and sour cream were pretty standard fare, nothing special. There was also no cheese! The Pico de gallo, however, I really liked. The pico had chopped hot peppers mixed in which gave it a nice kick. The refried beans were good, no complaints there. The Chile c/ Carne left a lot to be desired. It was mostly just some brown goop without any real flavor and with very little actual carné. I think there were only 3 or 4 tiny ground pieces of beef in the whole mess. Lastly, the tortilla chips were very tasty, but a few were stale which distracted from their enjoyment. Also, many of the chips were broken, so they were little slivers of chips instead of whole ones. I can't comment on the tortillas as I didn't eat any of them. However, the corn Tortillas smelled like real corn. They arrived hot and were steaming when I opened them up."
