You know it's a good bagel when it's so fat and thick that there is no hole in the center. These are the best bagels we have had outside of home. The only thing that would make the bagels perfect is if it had a slight more of a crust on the outside while still maintaining the soft and chew and thickness on the inside. That would make it exactly like New York Bagels. If they could add Taylor Ham egg and cheese/bacon egg and cheese/sausage egg and cheese, then we would be in breakfast heaven.
