"Up until this experience, neither my boyfriend or I had ever had anything less than awesome food from this Freddy's. Tonight we ordered 2 combo meals ($15 each),one meal we chose fries and the other we chose cheese curds.Our order came relatively quick,30 from the time we placed the order.Once the food was delivered we noticed there was no sticker (the sticker restaurants put on the top so youd know if the bags been opened),no napkins,and NO freddys dipping sauce! I even put the dipping sauce on my order which I was charged for, and I was okay with that. But to be charged for a little bitty cup of sauce and then not even be given it is quite maddening. To add insult to injury the "large" cheese curds we ordered not only had a total of just 11 pieces, those 11 pieces were also smashed into one clump, down at the bottom of the cup they came in. Did I mention that the smashed clump was completely soaked in a huge puddle of grease?To say we were disappointed would an understatement."
