"Finally! The Chewy's that I grew to live in Austin and here in Waco when it first opened seems to have gotten back on track. After several pretty poor meals, today was wonderful! The chips were thin, crunchy and fresh. The salsa Fresca is one of my favorite things offered at Chewy's. It is fresh with just enough heat to know it's there, but not overpowering.
The child's enchilada plate was very good and cheesy with the Ranchero sauce, and enough beans and rice to satisfy a very hungry child or even adult-a really good buy because it's only a dollar more than just one enchilada as a side, but also has the same amount of refried beans and Spanish rice that an adult plate would come with.
