I didn't mind that the chocolate glaze was strangely matte, but it didn't taste like chocolate at all. The old fashion I received was so thin, it looked like an oversized onion ring. I got the sisig burrito. The sisig itself was delicious, and the size of the burrito was solid. The other ingredients left a bit to be desired. At least to my taste, the rice seemed unseasoned, which is tough to overcome when it makes up so much of the burrito. Second, if there was actually guacamole in my burrito, it wasn't enough for me to detect (though maybe my order just had a mistake and this isn't reflective of the typical product.)
I think if sinangag (garlic rice) was used for this burrito, and maybe a bit of white vinegar was given on the side, this would be a 5 star burrito. Even as it is, though, it's tasty and definitely worth a try!"

"Everything was cooked perfectly and when I called to see if I could get some special changes (need extra gravy, ranch due to radiation having made it difficult to eat/chew well w/o the "wet" ingredients) and w/out me even sharing the why, the employee who took the call, Julissa, was wonderful, pleasant, no need for an explanation as she just wanted to please the customer, and she read back my request to confirm w/o me asking her to which was also exemplary on her part. Julissa was very lovely, kind, professional , customer service oriented woman who represents you very well Ihop. Even how she answered the call was picture perfect. She took care of it all no problem and was so pleasant that we have ordered again a few x now to suooort her and the Ihop she represents cuz when people go out of their way to treat you well, you want to suooort them and the establishment they work for in ANY field (food service, airlines, hotels, etc.). Also of note, this Ihop always packs the food items so carefully every single time and that, too, is appreciated. Our food has always been great whether breakfast, lunch or dinner options.
