The picanha cut is a favorite of Gustavo Tosta (Gugu Foods YouTube channel), though in his case he's talking about the top sirloin cut of beef, TdB offers this, also. "I have to say, this is a hidden gem of a boba place. I gave it a try and it's now my go-to when I previously frequented Feng-Cha. The price is unmatched and they put out the same exact quality.
