"Falafel Bowl was just ok. The broccoli was good but that's about it since the rest is just bowl filler. The 6 falafel balls that are served on the side of the salad are tiny, very dry, and doused in salt (why??). Mixing the falafel in the bowl helped the dryness a little but wouldn't order again because every other flavor was overpowered by the saltiness The Mediterranean Fries didn't have crumbled feta on them like they were supposed to (so disappointed) and, again, so salty that I couldn't taste other flavors they said were in there like mint, basil, fennel."

"Gino's was good! The Cheese Pizza (large 16") was classic slightly thinner but not burnt, solid sauce and cheese that was just right. We saw they had Fried Doug and it was fresh and thoughtfully wrapped. But there wasn't enough powdered sugar, they gave us a teeny tiny container for such a large piece of Fried Dough. That's probably my only critique. But regardless, everything was fully fresh, came on time, and I'd probably order here again. They have their own drivers, so just FYI you won't see that part of the screen update when they're on their way, but they did arrive within the estimated timeframe."

"I don’t typically write reviews, but after spending $16 on a salad, I was extremely disappointed. I was honestly so excited to try this place because it’s such a great concept, and I really wanted to love it. Unfortunately, the quality wasn’t there.
When I picked up my order, I wasn’t told that one of the dressings I ordered was missing. I completely understand that restaurants can run out of things, but I would have appreciated being told and offered a substitute before leaving with my order.
When I got home, the salad looked great at first, although the portion was smaller than I expected. Unfortunately, once I actually got into the lettuce, I realized it was wet and soggy. Some of the lettuce even had black, slimy-looking spots on it, and I couldn’t bring myself to eat it.
I ended up taking the toppings off and eating what I could, but even the vegetables didn’t taste fresh. The steak cubes were hard and tasted more like pot roast than steak. It was honestly gross.
For $16, I expected fresh ingredients and a salad I could actually eat. I really hope they improve the quality because the concept is great, but at this quality, it’s just not worth the money.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend it."
