"How is a large chain able to claim they make their food fresh DAILY yet the food I order can obviously be noted that it's old? The rice was so rubbery it was as if it either been sitting out for a long time or reused. the Honey shrimp was saturated in sauce and slimy as if it also had been sitting overnight, didn't even have a crunch to it as it does traditionally.

"Dont get me wrong the Masala Chai Masala Chai Latte and gluten free Bomb-mi Sandwich with Chicken were good. But INCREDIBLY small for the price. The Masala Chai Latte is not worth $9 for the size. & I get it, gluten free bread is small (why?). However, the bread in the Bomb-mi Sandwich with Bomb-mi Sandwich with Chicken stuck to the paper and it pulled the middle of the bottom part of the bread completely off. That was also very disappointing, and im about to go warn my mother before she unwraps hers and she gets very sad. We both were diagnosed with celiac so its not like we have many options especially for a bahn-mi sandwich thats safe for us to eat, so i guess we have to take what we can get while the sink in our rental is being repaired and we cant make those sandwiches or masala ourselves."
