I'm going to guess that they use sweet condensed cream or some kind of milk product bc after a couple drinks, my stomach was screaming to stop like it does every time I consume American cow milk. I switched a few years ago to braums a2 milk. it doesn't have the ingredient, hormone, or whatever is in milk that makes lactose intolerable people's stomachs hurt.
