"lo and behold folks. I've found it. this is, by far, the most authentic, delicious aalu Aaloo Tikki Chat I've had in North America. I'm not kidding when I tell you I had tears in my eyes after that first bite. I've had aalu tikki chaat in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, USA(Chicago, LA, NYC, many many Texas food places) and Canada(Toronto, Victoria).
