I was ecstatic to figure out their sister location is right around the corner from my new job. This location matches the perfection I am used to. The freshest and best ingredients. A level of pride goes into their craft that you can actually taste in the end results. Standards that are increasingly hard to find in today's world. Patia tastes like fresh mango. Their herbs are of such quality their dishes will have flavor that pops in a way most folks aren't used to. Even the lunch buffet is run in such a way that there is never a giant bin of a dish getting stale waiting for someone to finish the pan.
