Cold, stale, unseasoned hash browns that tasted like I was eating pure fried grease; the only donuts that I actually wanted were nowhere to be found; but the KICKER was the sandwich. The sandwich I originally wanted wasn't available, so I was contacted for a replacement. I was told that the only bread they had available was English muffin, which I was fine with. But tell me why this sandwich got here looking like half of the English muffin was ripped off by wolves?? No exaggeration, half the bread is gone. And the ripped part has toast marks on it implying that someone saw this BEFORE putting it into the toaster? No one could've looked at this massacred, sad excuse for a sandwich and thought it was acceptable to put into a bag and ship off. Quality control is obviously lacking at this location, and judging by the number of items I was told were out of stock, I'm going to go ahead and blame the management on this one. To top it all off, my order took 40 mins to arrive when I was quoted 10-14, though I know it's because the restaurant was waiting to fire a new sandwich because they called me from my dasher's phone. Also, if we were already on the phone why didn't they ask me about the missing donuts so I could pick my own replacement?! Staff is obviously overworked, and the only reason I ever go back to this place is because it's so close to my house. I do not recommend ordering from here if you value your time and sanity. 2/10."

I received a really generous serving of the Baked Ziti the Ground Beef Meatball I ordered one was very tender ground beef and it was also very delicious. The 2 pieces of the Toasted Garlic Bread has the perfect Garlic Powder on it and the toasted bread was very crispy but still chewy and very tasty. The Sprite Soft Drink is my favorite soda pop because I enjoyed drinking the Lemon & Lime flavored Soda and it isn't too sweet for me. Plus this Sprite was very refreshing to drink it and thus Sprite was a great addition to my order I placed tonight. I was very happy and satisfied with my order purchased tonight.

"The pizza was excellent! I requested the cheese toasty on top, and it was delivered perfectly. It is a really big one too! Unfortunately, my small Ceaser salad was not a Ceaser salad. What came with my order was a salad made with spring mix. I specifically ordered Ceaser salad as it is made with Romaine lettuce. I am allergic to one of the lettuces that are in spring mix, which is why I ordered Ceaser salad specifically. I enjoy breathing and will not be eating it....
