"We've been ordering food from PC Restaurant the last seven years - the food is always freshly prepared and reliably very good. We always end up over-ordering because we like so many of their dishes. If anything, the food has gotten even better over time. The only thing we miss is that recently we haven't seen chow mein with crispy noodles.
The Hot & Sour Soup (Bowl) has the right balance of acidity and heat - a lot of restaurants seem to skimp on the vinegar, but PC's is great.
Their Almond Chicken is proper - served with almonds and a proper gravy with actual flavor.

The Beef Chow Mein was plentiful, except very small amount of sliced Beef. Very little sauce. The flavor was ok, not exceptional. I ordered 1 star for spice, that was perfect."

"I'm so happy to have tried this for the first time. I had a long day at work and was craving comfort food. I ordered the 蝦仁蛋炒飯 Shrimp Fried Rice and 四季豆 Stir-Fried String Beans which was ready for pickup within 10 minutes! The food was packaged well and I received a generously large free soup! The fried rice was genuinely the best I've had in a long time—probably the best ever. It was super flavorful and not too salty or oily like many other places. The green beans were perfect with a complex taste to it and a crisp bite without being too crunchy or too salty. I also appreciate that it wasn't soggy or submerged in sauce. I've eaten a LOT of green beans from many different places. I'm almost convinced it's better than Din Tai Fung's garlic green beans but will just say they're two different styles so they don't really compare. "There’s honestly nothing special about this spot. The portions are very small, especially considering the price and the size I ordered.
I ordered two large phởs, along with two orders of meatballs with broth and a side of meatballs. I was supposed to receive two meatballs with broth, but only received one. I called the restaurant to explain the issue and was told I had only been refunded $5.77, even though the item I did not receive costs $8.40.
When I explained this to the woman on the phone, she responded, “You got a refund, so I don’t see what the problem is.” The problem is that I did not receive the item I paid for, and I was not given a full refund for it.
Mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing. Poor customer service and not an experience I would recommend.
