"I don't have anything to compare the Bao to but it was quite delicious to me! I could complain about the Char Siu Bao not having enough filling, but the dough was slightly sweet and good enough on its own. The texture of the bread part was like the inside of a KFC biscuit but tougher like a Popeyes biscuit. I liked it. And the Egg Custard Bao was tastey! My picture didn't do it justice. There is actually more filling in the bun. It would be appreciated if they used a different kind of serving paper on the bottom of the boa - It blends in with the dough and sticks to it.
