The fries tasted old, greasy, and disgusting. The chicken had a good flavor, but the pieces were extremely small. The meal was advertised as coming with 5 shrimp, but I only received 4, and they were very small and looked nothing like what was advertised.
On top of that, the food was cold when it arrived, and the bag was torn due to poor packaging. Overall, the quality, portion sizes, presentation, and packaging were very disappointing.
I expected much better and definitely did not feel like I received what I paid for. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves the food quality, portions, packaging, and accuracy of orders."

"I specifically req in wro on my order to add extra cereal to the pint of ice cream I ordered. Instead it seems they added less than usual. If that were acceptable to me I would buy a $6 half gallon from the grocery instead of $16 for a PINT! Without the cereal it is just plain ice cream.
