My favorites that keep me coming back are the Oshinko Sampler, Uni Over Scallop Deluxe, Crown Ika BBQ, Crispy Soft-Shell Crab, Wagy-Uni, Naruto — and honestly, basically everything on the menu! Every visit seems to turn into discovering another favorite.
The chefs are knowledgeable, well-trained, and clearly take pride in what they serve. The quality, presentation, and consistency are exactly what set this place apart. The staff is also friendly and welcoming, which makes dining in a pleasure, but the food also travels surprisingly well for delivery.
Sushishima is one of those rare restaurants that delivers on every level: creative dishes, great service, excellent execution, and peak consistency, and most importantly, they don't cancel last minute orders like Kumori does! I cannot recommend Sushishima highly enough."
