I've never ordered from Cactus Club on here before, let alone a steak from anywhere, and I was pleasantly surprised!
The STEAK FRITES was cooked to perfection, the individual elements were packaged perfectly, and they all traveled very well, meaning I got a very hot and fresh meal. And their SIDES of truffle fries are always to die for. A very nice treat!

Steak was gristly and tough, the mashed potatoes portion was a bit small, like 2 bites and done, the grilled veggies were ok though, still fresh and crunchy when they arrived. I ended up slicing the steak up thin and removing chunks of hard fat so I could eat the actual meat to use in a stir fry later that day. Won't be ordering that again, I've had steak there before years ago and this was a disappointment.  I'll cook my own steak at home next time, I make a better steak than this

I often order from Cactus Club for takeout because we love it so much . The portion sizes that we received on our most recent order was less than half the normal amount that is usually packaged and not nearly as saucy (specifically the HOT CHICKEN + PICKLES). Not sure if shrinkflation or simply a quality oversight; really disappointed.

We ordered the prawn crunch roll (always consistently delicious) and the butternut squash ravioli with prawns.  They arrived well packaged and were so tasty!!  We definitely would order again and highly recommend.

We order the med bowl consistently when we eat at The Cactus Club and this was by far THE worst med bowl we have ever had.  The portion was a fraction of what we normally get and the presentation was sloppy. There was barely enough hummus to fill a teaspoon, hardly any cabbage, a below par salad and barely any chicken and what there was, was dry.
