"I have ordered the California Taco manytimes a the last two times the taco has been soggy on the bottom and all the meat fellout upon lifting it. They used to put something under the tacos and then it didn't do that. Also they put the salsa in the bag with the chips and then a workers hand has touched the cup that is now touching my chips. Less chips can fit in the bag when the cupsof salsa are in the bag.so you only get like 4 chips in the bag. Joses has gotten so stingy with the chips they used to give you 2 small bags and put the salsa on the side where it should be. "Taste good. Chicken was a little burnt but still good. I ordered fried dumplings but they must have been out because I received fried shrimp instead. It still tasted good. Fair replacement choice for the price. Cream cheese wontons are my favorite and the ones from here were great. Very full of cream cheese. I do wish they included more sauces considering how much food I ordered. There isn't an option to request more either. And we are disappointed that we didn't get fortune cookies with our order. That's my daughter's favorite part of Chinese food orders. Still happy with the food though and will be ordering again."

"At Open Kitchen, it's like the name says. Tastes like my childhood food, growing up my dad used to take me to a similar place. Although the fast Chinese food taste, everything is made as you order and you can see them make it. This place is old school and serves you family plate portions and prices, just like we Asians do. There may be a few orders that are bowls but everything else is plate to order portions so be prepared to eat a lot or share."
