"I bought this drink after having a frozen coffee from a different merchant in hopes that Bigby could offer the same sweetness and saltiness of Caramel with the nostalgia flavors of white chocolate but neither of the flavors came through and the drink was completely separated tasting like watered down coffee grounds. I paid for doughnuts expecting the fresh quality the company is known for, but instead I was served doughnuts that were cold, stale, and tasted like they had been sitting around for far too long. They were not fresh at all and were honestly not worth the money.
There is no excuse for selling stale products to customers. If doughnuts aren’t fresh, they shouldn’t be sold. Quality control and customer satisfaction clearly need improvement at this location. I left extremely disappointed and will think twice before returning. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don’t have the same experience."

"My family and I love this place because we do ice cream flights with the kid scoops. They're the perfect size for sampling together...or not...LOL also a good size for a solo snack! As the name suggests, they offer a LOT of flavors and it's always really fresh.
The only minor thing we noticed was our fresh packed pint wasn't "packed" much this time so there was a lot of negative space in the container. I don't know what practice they have in place, that may just be how they do it.
Overall still five stars, the dark chocolate raspberry and banana pudding are my personal favorites if those are your style I'd give them a try!"
