"This is the worst pizza I have ever received from Marco's, which is a shame since it was one of our favorites. The dough on this pizza, as well as on the pepperoni Pepperoni Magnifico® we ordered, was not well docked, which essentially means the dough was allowed to go through with a bunch of air pockets (the picture does not do it justice). Ultimately, the bubbles caused a separation in the dough, causing bites where the bubbles were to crumble, while the areas in between the bubbles pooled with sauce.
