I've been slowly becoming vegan and trying out the best recipes, etc. When I tell you that the Spicy Garlic with rice noodles, tofu, green beans, broccoli, red pepper flakes, crunchy onions, and red onions is FANTASTIC - I mean it with my entire soul.
