"Hello, Iām contacting you because there was a serious issue with my pizza order. When I received my pizza, it was not a complete pizza. It appeared that a piece had already been taken out before I received it, which is unacceptable because I paid for a full order and expected my food to arrive complete, fresh, and untouched.
I am very disappointed with this experience because I should not have to worry about whether my food has been opened or handled before it gets to me. This is not what I paid for, and I do not feel comfortable eating the order after seeing that it was missing a piece.
I am requesting a full refund for this order due to not receiving the product I paid for. I would appreciate it if this issue could be handled as soon as possible. I hope you can look into what happened and make this right."
