"I was pretty disappointed with my meal. I ordered the Loaded Brisket Potato, expecting a baked potato topped with brisket. Instead, it was completely smothered in beans with only small bits of brisket. I don't like beans, and if the menu had mentioned that, I never would have ordered it.
I also ordered the ribs, and they arrived covered in BBQ sauce. There was no mention of that on the menu, and I personally don't care for BBQ sauce.
My biggest issue is that the menu doesn't accurately describe what you're ordering. Better descriptions would help customers know what to expect and avoid unpleasant surprises."

It appeared that a piece had already been taken out before I received it, which is unacceptable because I paid for a full order and expected my food to arrive complete, fresh, and untouched.
