I grew up in the south, specifically Alabama, where BBQ was a staple and i've never had a brisket just fall apart off the fork and melt in my mouth like this did. The brisket topped loaded baked potato was crafted by the gods themselves, the flavor enough to make every bit of your worries disappear and for a moment you live in a peace forgetting the stressful work day you just left. The things I would do for more is obscene. I would even sell my soul for just another bite.
