Gabe, a member of the restaurant team, went above and beyond. Once they realized what had happened, they kept us informed, worked with DoorDash, had our order remade, and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way.

But it's an oversized smash burger that's exceeding the size of the bun. I really like smash burgers and I feel if they just took their burger and split it in half, and made two smash burgers, it'd fit the bun and be more enjoyable. My guess is they don't do this because it's just an already shaped 6 or 8 oz patty, but I wasn't expecting that.
But that's not the whole reason or even the biggest reason this is a 2 star. DO NOT get the Mac and Cheese. I get why they don't have it listed as a side. I got it and it looked and tasted like a curdled mess. Overload on cream cheese? mess and just a complete pass.
I want to give it an honest try on other items, but based on this experience... I'd pass on this."
