The MAPLE FILLED BAR & CHOCOLATE FILLED BAR are good, even though my usual preference is the regular, non filled version.The main reason I prefer this place over others, is because of the size of their items. They've made them larger over the years and still worth the price. My #1 top favorite is the CINNAMON ROLL . "Our favourite bakery ever, bar none. We visit every Saturday for their incredibly light and buttery croissants, my favourite is the parmesan and leek and my husband's is the ham and cheese. I'm not kidding, we look forward to these croissants all week, every week and have never been disappointed.
Their sweets are equally as mindblowing- we've sampled their cowboy, chocolate chip, shortbread, and oatmeal raisin cookies and they're all spectacular. Definitely heavier cookies that will fill you up, but that just makes them better in our opinion! Best of all, as pictured, their lingonberry mousse cake. Please, do yourself a favour and try it. It is so light and the perfect balance of sweet and tart without being overwhelming. Even with self restraint, we finished half of the cake in one afternoon between the two of us. It's so hard to find good lingonberry treats and Primrose absolutely nailed it, 10/10, 5 stars, our favourite place in Pleasanton."

"I am an American Filipino and have had filipino food all my life. Some good, some bad and some delicious. I don’t typically take the time to write reviews, however this place needs to reconsider the business they are in. We ordered sinigang, papaitan, lechon kawali, inasal chicken and longsilog. It was the worst I’ve ever tasted. My whole family could not even swallow the food. It was that bad. Lechon kawali was chewy and the skinnwas charcoal black, longanisa tasted like medicine, and the sinigang had one piece of pork the size of a half dollar. Thats it. The papaitan had maybe two half inch by half inch of tripe, and that was it. Please look at pics on what we threw away. We normally finish our food no matter how bad it tasted, because we dont want to waste food. But this was horrible. We couldnt swallow another bite. My stomach is hurting as I write this. Ugh! This is a disgrace to the filipino culture. I’m sorry. Don’t even try. Take my word for it. "
